  • Sightseeing by Union Cabs at Gulmarg, Pahal gam&Son Marg will be charged extra and payable directly to union driver.
  • Camera fees, Guide / tour escort charges & Entrance Fees at monuments, parks, museums, gardens etc
  • Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot)
  • Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure
  • Gondola Tickets will we booked as per the availability
  • NOTE: Kindly note that additional Christmas / New Year Gala dinner charges are mandatory to be paid at the time of the booking & it is not included in the package.

  • All cancellations are to be communicated in writing. Cancellation policy will be applicable ON FULL TOUR PRICE (transport, hotels & other services), in spite of any Flight / Train cancellation has affected the operation of the Tours.
  • INR 2000 per person will be charged as a cancellation fee, as we have put effort into the efforts in tour planning and bookings. If you do not want a refund then it will be adjusted in future bookings.

  • 31 - 26 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 25% of the total tour cost
  • 25 - 16 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 50% of the total tour cost
  • 15 - 08 Days prior to the operation of the booked tour - 75% of the total tour cost
